Anoma Employees Launch Defamation Campaign Against Keeta Project in Desperate Attempt to Undermine Rising Competitor

In a stunning display of unprofessionalism, a coordinated group of Anoma employees — visibly carrying the company badge next to their names — took to public channels to defame the Keeta Project, spreading misinformation and attacking its credibility without evidence.

This wasn’t a rogue comment from a disgruntled individual. It was a collective effort, visibly tied to the Anoma brand, using company-affiliated identities to amplify falsehoods. Rather than debate ideas or address competition through innovation, these employees engaged in a smear campaign that reeked of insecurity and internal chaos.

Among the loudest voices was Michael Ruzic, now known as “MRG” on Twitter — a figure who has attempted to position himself as a technical authority despite holding only a chemistry degree and having no technical background in blockchain, cryptography, or systems architecture. Sources within the space confirm that his grasp of technical topics is surface-level at best, and his statements have often contradicted basic protocol fundamentals.

While Keeta continued to build and engage its growing community with professionalism, Anoma’s team doubled down — using public forums, personal attacks, and company tags to lend false legitimacy to their statements.

Even more alarming was the silence — and subsequent actions — of Anoma CEO Adrian Brink. Rather than intervene, deescalate, or uphold any standard of leadership, Adrian did nothing to stop the coordinated defamation. Worse, in the midst of the fallout, he chose to promote a competitor’s product, further fracturing confidence in his stewardship of the project.

This incident highlights a deep cultural and leadership failure inside Anoma:

  • Employees attacking under company branding.

  • False expertise is being paraded as technical truth.

  • Leadership disengaged — or worse, opportunistic.

Keeta, in contrast, has stayed above the noise — continuing to ship, grow, and engage without resorting to baseless attacks. The difference in maturity is stark.

In an industry built on trust, transparency, and technological rigor, Anoma’s behavior is more than just a scandal — it’s a warning. Projects are no longer judged only by what they promise, but by how they act when the pressure rises.

One project is building. The other is unraveling.
